Perplexity Enterprise is an AI answer and research engine — real-time web search with inline citations, Spaces, Deep Research, and the Comet agentic browser. Excellent for research and answers.
osFoundry is an AI orchestration and consolidation platform (chat, agents, apps, knowledge).
The key difference: research engine vs platform
Perplexity is purpose-built for research — web search, citations, deep research. osFoundry can do retrieval over your own data (RAG) but isn’t a web-research engine in the same way. Models and data
