Generative AI — content, chat, document processing, knowledge retrieval — is where most businesses start. dgm is a generative AI consultancy for UK businesses, building these use cases with osFoundry. (dgm is an independent integration partner; osFoundry is a separate company’s product.)
What we do
We help UK businesses apply generative AI to real use cases:
- drafting — emails, documents, content;
- chat assistants grounded in your knowledge;
- document processing and summarisation; and
- knowledge retrieval across your materials.
We help you identify where generative AI genuinely adds value — and where it doesn’t.
Designed for accuracy
Generative AI can produce confident but wrong content (“hallucinations”). So we design for accuracy:
- ground answers in your real data and documents (retrieval/RAG), ideally with sources; and
- keep humans reviewing significant outputs.
Grounding plus verification is how we keep generative AI accurate and trustworthy for business. (See RAG explained.)
Data control for confidential content
Confidential content shouldn’t go into ungoverned consumer AI. We keep content controlled — self-hosting or an EU region (osFoundry publishes US/EU/JP regions, not a UK one) — and use bring-your-own-key with providers whose terms you accept. Content stays in your environment.
Honest about fit
We’re straight about where generative AI fits (drafting, retrieval, summarisation) and where it doesn’t (anything needing guaranteed accuracy without verification, or replacing human judgement). (See what is agentic AI? and AI agents explained.)
Engagement and pricing
A fixed-fee assessment and roadmap, then a monthly engagement, with no per-seat fees. Scope depends on your use cases — contact us for a quote.
dgm is an independent integration partner with zero integrations so far. To scope a generative AI project, book a consultation with dgm. General information; scope and pricing per project.
